Allow a trigger to choose a list of application

I'm trying to add a list of all apps to where macros needs to be applied and instead of adding apps to the action by selecting each apps one by one, it would be best if there is a way to create a trigger for a LIST of apps that can be use fire a trigger because if youre going to use the same apps again for another line of code, you will gonna need again to select each apps for that specific action.

It would be nice to have a list of apps or an array of apps that can be selected as a trigger to function as one action so selecting each apps one at a time will be minimized!
