Alarm Clock Symbol

Hi all,
On the Google Pixel 7a with Android 14, the alarm clock icon appears when Macrodroid is active. If you turn off macrodroid, the alarm clock symbol also disappears. Probably, macrodroid thus prevents it from being put to sleep by the system in order to save battery. Has anyone observed this? Is it possible to change this behavior? The supposedly set alarm clock is annoying.
The Tasker app has an option to disable the icon, is that also possible with macrodroid?

Maybe someone can help, thanks!

The alarm clock is visible because MacroDroid has an alarm scheduled. This can be due to triggers such as day/time trigger, regular interval etc. as well as the Wait before next action. Unfortunately the only way to get precise wakeups on Android is to set an alarm which creates that little alarm clock icon in the status bar. You can typically disable the "use alarm" option in most places if it bothers you but then the phone will wake up whenever it decides to.

The setting of an alarm does in no way prevent the system being put to sleep. As far as I'm aware Tasker does not support hiding this icon and it's not possible to do so ( but I may well be wrong about this as things change all the time and I can't keep track of all the moving parts!)
