Maybe there are triggers for application bring to front and set to back?

I want to get message when some application launched or closed. But the closed trigger will be fired when input. And launched trigger fired after input. How can set trigger on real application launched and closed?

I have seen screen off trigger, and there is a screen on trigger, so I think maybe a screen locked trigger would be better.

why there is no SCREEN LOCKED trigger?
