Apparently my original post was not clear enough. So I will make it more clear here. I want a MacroDroid action in a MacroDroid macro that, when triggered by the macro's trigger, will put an icon on the home screen. Is that possible?
Is there an action that puts an icon on the home screen? I don't mean a floating icon. I mean a traditional home-screen icon (for example, an icon that opens the Calculator app).
This post is about this YuYue bluetooth remote control device:

I am thinking of possibly buying that YuYue device and using it to trigger MacroDroid macros. Would that work? If so, exactly which MD trigger should I
use?
I am using Macrodroid version 5.37. When creating a Floating Button, there are two size alternatives: Normal and Small. Please add a third size alternative: Large, which would be about twice the size of Normal. Thank you very much.
MacroDroid feature request:
In the Customizable section of a Popup Message, please add the ability to use hex color codes (for example, #00FF00) for the background color and text color.
Please add the following new feature to MacroDroid: an "Open Folder" action, which would open a filesystem folder (similar to the already existing "Open File" action, which opens a filesystem file).
Please tell me how to create an action that will open a filesystem folder. I notice there is an "Open File" action, which opens a filesystem file. But I don't see any such thing for a filesystem folder. (I am using MacroDroid version 5.26.8.)
