Alguien sabe de alguna manera de detectar si hay alguna aplicación haciendo uso de "picture in picture" (eso de mostrar una ventana pequeñita de un vídeo encima de otras aplicaciones), y de saber cuál es la aplicación que lo está haciendo?

the action that detects if a certain application is in the foreground, background or not, fails seriously with twitch. Especially when I put it in windowed mode to show twitch on top of other applications.
