Try downloading MailTask plugin and using tasker/locale plugin action - send email(mailtask) event. There is field with attachments

Maybe you use screen content trigger in game like app where macrodroid won't recognize anything and you should use read screenshot content trigger instead?

I am sorry but I don't see a reason why it wouldn't work. There is many different ways to configure that action. Just to make sure - have you tried all of them? Like choosing Poweramp on list of apps etc.
