I'm tried to search for what I'm trying to do, but no luck. I'm not even sure if it's possible. I have 2 bluetooth headphones. When I connect either one of them to my phone, I would that to be a trigger. I haven't figured out how to do that. The complete application is....if either one of...
I've done some searching and found some things, but nothing that starts with the basics to help me with this. I use Google Tasks. I am trying to create a way to make all notifications for Google Tasks (or any other task app if needed) to be persistent until I have completed tasks. I still...
I've tried many things with Nova, could not get consistent trigger fire. I switched to SmartLaunch 6.0 and all of the things I tried with Nova work fine with SL. So it must be something to do with Nova not playing will with MD.
So I decided to think outside the box and try a different launcher. I've used Nova forever; but when I changed to Smart Launcher 6.0, everything works great. Including some other things that were broke in Nova that I just thought were Android bugs.
Is it possible to revisit this thread? I'm having the exact same issue with the same home launcher. AND, I'm still not sure how to use "magic text" ie: syntax. I've also used "screen content" for a static phrase in a home screen widget. It is also not a reliable trigger.
I'm sorry, I'm not familiar with Magic Text either. I've done some macro building, but I don't know what that is. Can you elaborate with some details please? The launcher is Nova, the App Package is com.teslacoilsw.launcher. Thank you.
My home screen is Nova. I've tried to set a trigger for when Nova is launched, ie: the Home Screen, but it sometimes doesn't work. So I'm trying to find a trigger more solid. I just didn't know how the [fg_app_package] is used...meaning the syntax
I am using an app called Navigation Bar. It replaces the Android native navigation buttons. By using this, I would think I could create a trigger when pressing the apps home button. But I can't figure out how to create that macro.
